The United Recruitment Group of companies commenced trading on January 1, 1994. The business was founded by Greg Lee, who perceived a need for a higher level of service delivery for the recruitment industry. Commencing with hospitality, the company quickly branched into healthcare and in 2003, commenced its engineering & logistics arm. In 2007 the company launched its Banking, Finance and Accounting agency under the Asset Recruitment banner, and has quickly established itself as a major player in this competitive market.

Greg remains the Managing Director of United Recruitment, with each of the brands within the group operating as stand alone recruitment businesses, providing specialised recruitment services by experienced industry professionals.

The company now has offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth, and services clients in all states of Australia, as well as Asia, The Middle East, and Europe.

The corporate goals for the company include establishing itself as the major provider for each of the markets it services in every geographic area in which it is based. It is further, to acquire and, or commence operations in other strategically selected industry specialisations where we believe we can attain national pre-eminence. We retain the basic ethos with which Greg started the business - providing better service, using technology to drive efficiency and having only experienced industry professionals delivering quality outcomes for our clients and candidates.
